As the previous president of UBC Portfolio Management Group, Daniel spearheaded the restructuring and revamping of the group along with great mentors such as Professor Yosef Bonaparte, David Koslowski, and professionals from many local firms. Keen on investments, Daniel Kwak was always enthralled with the world of finance. Even during his time studying in the Bachelor of Sciences program at UBC, the efficiency and analytical aspect of Physics had always enticed him to dig deeper.
Daniel graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and has now secured a position at Edward Jones. He is also currently acting as co-coordinator for the Kelowna Society of Investors and studying for his CSC and CFA designations.

During her time with UBC PMG Julia acted as the voice of our group. She was responsible for communicating both internally and externally as well as creating and maintaining relationships with related parties. Julia coordinated all events through the club and ensured that all parties were effectively working together. With her specialization in accounting she was able to gain valuable knowledge in both accounting and finance perspectives.
Julia graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and has now secured a position working at Edward Jones.

Robert played a crucial part in the overall development of the PMG portfolio. Working alongside Dan he was able to create an investment strategy and strategic vision to be followed by the club for years to come. During his time with UBC PMG, Robert was in charge of monitoring the performance of the groups portfolio as well as determining the correct asset allocation. In addition Robert provided guidance to all sectors.
Robert graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2014 and is now pursuing a Masters Degree in Finance at Simon Fraser University.
